Project “Development of modern forms of social enterprise in Sofia Municipality” is implemented in the period 01.07.2018-31.10.2019, based on the signed administrative contract №BG05M9OP001-2.010-0732-C01 /18.06.2018 under procedure BG05M9OP001-2.010 “Development of social entrepreneurship” of OP “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020. The leading organization – Public Assistance Fund Association in partnership with Bizconsult Advisor Ltd. provides for the implementation of a number of activities aimed at the development of a new social enterprise in Sofia, including to secure employment / professional realization and income of persons from the target groups. This will be realized through the functioning of the social enterprise as a remote translation, information and other services agency. The Agency will operate through an online platform that will provide the opportunity for persons from at-risk groups, who are prevented for any reason from being in a real working environment, to work from home in a remote form.
The target groups are: mothers with children, after the second year of maternity, people with permanent physical disabilities, young people up to 29 years of age, as well as people who care for a dependent family member and other disadvantaged persons in the labor market from the Sofia region.
The aim is to create conditions for their professional integration.
This will be achieved through the implementation of a package of activities:
Psychological support and motivation of persons from vulnerable groups for employment;
Social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector;
Technological and material provision of the newly created jobs;
Start-up, operation of the JV, employment provision and mentoring;
Study of demand and market opportunities for the services provided;
Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship.

Identified representatives of the target group;

Increased knowledge and skills of the target group;
Material provision of the new workplaces with appropriate working environment and equipment;
Market research on the services provided;
Increased awareness of the community on the opportunities of the social economy and the SF, in terms of employment and income.
