The activities under the project “Sustainable Development of the Agency for Distance Services”, with the leading organization – Association “Public Assistance Fund” , on the basis of the signed administrative contract № BG05M9OP001-1.054-0088-C01 / 20.08.2020 under procedure №BG05M9OP001-1.054 – SUPPORT FOR SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS of OP “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, co-financed by the EU, through the ESF.
The aim of the project proposal is to ensure the sustainable development of an existing social enterprise – Remote Services Agency. The Agency employs people from at-risk groups on the labour market who are prevented, for whatever reason, from being in a conventional working environment and therefore work from home in a remote form.
The target groups are.
The main objective will be achieved through the implementation of a package of activities:
Development of a business strategy for the development of an online information service - a tourist information website;
Development of an existing tourist information website;Expected results:

Developed and upgraded existing tourist information website, in terms of :- Mobile multilingual version;
- Automated enquiry form and follow-up communication;
- Automated site database management – introduction of subscription and rating system.
The project shall be implemented in the period from 01.09.2020 to 30.11.2020.
Total – BGN 4 945.00, including ESF funding – BGN 4 203.25 and national funding – BGN 741.75.
