The project is funded by the Human Resources Development Operational Programme, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund. The project proposal is aimed at meeting the needs for specific knowledge, skills and support for people wishing to develop their own business activity through the establishment of regional centres and the implementation in them of a number of complex measures to support entrepreneurship in the South Central Region , Kardzhali and Pazardzhik districts. The project is also aimed at addressing the specific employment, income and social integration needs of the target group.
Target groups.
The implementation period is from 01.09.2018 to 01.01.2020.
The project will carry out the following activities:
- 1.
- Provision of training related to the development of entrepreneurial, managerial and business knowledge and skills and the development of business ideas and business plans for the management of self-employment.
- Provision of consultancy services to prepare for self-employment and mentoring.
Outcomes:
- Minimum of 52 persons informed and motivated to undertake entrepreneurial activity;
- Training and business meetings conducted for 52 persons, with acquisition of entrepreneurial skills, including environmental and climate change policy and resource efficiency;
- 52 persons prepared to carry out self-employment and ensure the sustainability of the newly launched enterprises, including for the successful application of the financial instruments for the start-up of self-employment set out under the HRD OP, and on the other hand by developing quality business plans with which the persons can apply for funding to financial institutions in order to implement their business ideas;
4.Participants in self-employment upon leaving the operation – minimum 13 persons.
